NC Probate Court: Filing Probate In North Carolina
The North Carolina Probate Court is where you will begin the probate process. Once you have collected and filled out the required forms they will need to be submitted to the Clerk of Superior Court. If there is a Will this should be submitted along with the form. You should also submit the death certificate with it.
